LedgerStitch Waitlist Privacy Policy

This policy explains how LedgerStitch (“we”, “us”) handles information on the LedgerStitch website at ledgerstitch.com while LedgerStitch is in early access. Right now the website only lets you join our waitlist and contact us.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you join the waitlist or email us. If you email us, we also receive what you write.
- Basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser information. Our website host and our anti-spam check process this data automatically when you visit or submit the form.
How we use it
- To send you emails about LedgerStitch, such as launch news and product updates.
- To reply to you when you contact us.
- To keep the website secure and block spam and automated signups.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
Who helps us
We use a small number of service providers. They handle your information on our behalf:
- Resend stores the waitlist email list and sends our emails. Resend stores data in the United States. Resend Privacy Policy

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
Cookies
This website doesn’t set cookies, and we don’t use advertising or analytics tools. The Turnstile anti-spam check may store a small amount of data in your browser, and it uses that data only to detect bots.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address on the waitlist until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or we close the waitlist. If you unsubscribe, we may keep a record of your address so we don’t email you again.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: every waitlist email has an unsubscribe link.
- Access or deletion: email [email protected] to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We aim to reply within 1–2 business days.
Children
The website isn’t meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child has signed up, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Where we process data
We’re based in the United States, and our providers process data in the United States.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we’ll also email people on the waitlist.
